A3 Wall / Wall Rod Display Set (Ready-made)

Wall mounted rod display system, a ready-made kit with A3 acrylic panel pockets, and wall mounting rod fixtures. Professional rod displays are incredibly quick & easy to use. Each acrylic pocket has an open top. Posters, adverts, notices can be inserted & removed from these panels with ease, and without the use of any additional tools. And if used in a window display or open space, any adverts, prints etc. can be displayed on both sides back-to-back (inward & outward facing).

Our rod display fittings are made from a high quality solid brass material, and have a premium polished chrome finish. The 6mm display rods are 1.5m in length, but each rod has a 'male & female' screw-thread; this enables you to create a single 3m long length, by screwing 2 rods together! All these fixtures combined enable you to create professional level displays, most commonly seen in retail supermarkets, offices & estate agents; but can also be used to create signage & information spaces in any public or education sector.

Each ready-made rod display set consists of:

• 4x 6mm Display Rods 1.5m (Screw together for longer lengths)
• 4x Wall Mount fixture
• A3 Panels, Portrait or Landscape
• 4x Panel Support (per Pocket)

Wall to Wall rod fixtures are easy to install:

1. Mark on your wall, where the first top wall-mount fixing will be.
2. Using a level tool & panel width as a guide, measure the distance to the opposite side, and place a mark for the next fixing.
3. Drill holes in your marks, and place a wallplug inside each (make sure the plugs are completely fluch with the wall!)
4. Seperate each fixings 'chrome cap' from it's brass 'screw-mount' by unscrewing the small hex/allen bolt on each.
5. Screw the brass screw-mount into each hole; replace the chrome caps back on, and slightly re-tighten the hex/allen bolt.
6. Making sure they're aligned, repeat the above steps for the bottom fixings.
7. With the wall fixings now installed, rotate each so the slots are aligned; and completely tighten the small hex/allen bolts.
8. Now cut your 6mm rod to length if needed, or attach 2 rods togther for a longer length.
9. Unscrew the chrome-caps larger allen bolts, and place a 6mm rods vertically into each pair (top & bottom).
10. Making sure it's aligned, tighten the allen bolts to secure the rod in place.
11. Lastly, secure 4 panel support clamps to each acrylic panel pocket, and attach them between the 2 vertical rods.
    Nb. Your posters & adverts can be added / removed when the display is already in place!

If you didn't need to use all the rods in your set, additional Wall Fixtures, Acrylic Pockets, & Panel Support Clamps can be purchased seperately to make another display!
