Thread the cables through the holes in the shelf board and secure them with shelf supports on the underside of the shelves. Hanging kits for up to 4 shelves. Shelf boards not included.

The Wooden Shelf Cable Hanging Kit is perfect for home interiors and for creating retail display shelving units in shops and boutiques! This complete set of loop cable wires & shelf fittings can hang multiple shelving boards of any size, with sets available for hanging up to four shelves, one above another! These heavy-duty shelf fixtures can safely support up to 20kg (from solid walls). The 1.5 mm steel loop cables can hang from walls or be ceiling-mounted, using either standard wall screws & plugs (included) or strong screw-in hooks (sold separately).
Wooden Shelf Cable Hanging Kit contains (4) 2m loop 1.5mm steel cables, (4 to 16) brass shelf supports (4 per shelf), and (1) Allen/hex key. Kits contain all screws and fittings to create a complete system.
How does it work?
Wooden Shelf Cable Hanging Kits consist of steel cables & brass support fittings for hanging shelf boards with holes, on suspended cables. This shelf hanging solution creates a versatile shelving unit that can be arranged and positioned to meet your specific needs. All standard cables are provided in a length of 2m and can be cut shorter to fit once your shelves are in their desired positions (Longer cables are available upon request). Additionally, the front 2 support cables can be fixed to anchor points on walls or ceilings, depending on your situation.
Wooden shelf cable hanging kit - installation (using wall screws):
- Drill and fit the included wall plug & screws to the wall
- Thread one cable through each hole of your shelf board corners
- Thread a support onto each cable
- With supports underneath, tighten their Allen/hex key bolts
- Lift cables with the shelf attached to the wall and hook the loops onto wall-mounted screws
- Thread any remaining shelves on the hanging cables (follow the previous steps)
- Once all the shelf boards are in place, trim any excess cable length.
- Your shelving boards must have 2mm holes on each corner! Drill if necessary
